TCU transfer Kayden Edwards commits to Creighton
By JAMES MADDEN
New Creighton head coach Alan Huss has picked up his fourth transfer portal addition since being hired by the Bluejays, per reports. That pickup is TCU transfer Kayden Edwards, who averaged 3.2 points per game in limited playing time for the Horned Frogs this season.
Edwards didn’t appear in a regular-season game after TCU’s February 1 loss to Colorado, but did return and played two minutes in its NCAA Tournament loss to Duke.
His best performance of the season came in a December 29 win against Jackson State, tallying 14 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Horned Frogs.
Creighton’s fourth portal addition, he joins San Diego State transfer BJ Davis, South Florida transfer Wes Enis and Providence transfer Oswin Erhunmwunse to round out the Bluejays’ class thus far.
