Latest planning applications in Dartford include neighbourhood centre in Stone and HMO in Greenhithe

Plans for a major mixed-use development, several HMOs and a children’s nursery are among the latest planning applications submitted to Dartford council.

A proposal has been submitted for a major neighbourhood centre at Stone Pit 1 at Atlas Park in Stone including shops, offices, a medical centre and sports facilities.

It is a variation of an existing permission for a centre, and the plans also include associated infrastructure such as car parking, delivery areas, security fencing and a new internal access road from London Road.

In Dartford, plans have been lodged to convert a former HMO into a day nursery for up to 35 children and 15 staff at 29 Highfield Road, with outdoor play space and parking.

Elsewhere, a number of applications have been put forward to convert homes into HMOs, including a five-bedroom shared house at 39 Park Cliff Road in Greenhithe.

- Consultation on pedestrian and cycle ramp at Ebbsfleet Academy Southfleet Road in Swanscombe.

- Change of use to five-bedroom HMO at 101 Knockhall Chase in Greenhithe.

- Change of use to six-bedroom HMO with extension at 39 The Brent in Dartford.
