My 3-ingredient spray will get rid of weeds outside your house – they’ll be dead in 2 hours, just follow my steps
GARDEN lovers everywhere listen up – the fight against weeds could be over.
That’s according to one proud homeowner who has found a way of protecting her green patch from unwanted visitors.
TikTok user Gabriela & Dee has found a natural solution to tackle weeds[/caption] It worked within two hours[/caption]She uses a three-ingredient spray to rid these pesky plants outside her house.
Once she’s finished distributing this concoction, weeds are history and dead in two hours.
But this mixture shows no mercy, so be careful where you spray it.
Gabriela & Dee’s (@gabriela.atty) method and recipe is super-easy – all you have to do is follow her steps.
She said her spray “kills weeds in a more natural way.”
DIY NATURAL WEEDKILLER
What you need:
- 1 gallon vinegar
- 1 cup salt
- 1 tablespoon Dawn dish soap
- 1 spray bottle
How you do it:
- Mix ingredients
- Pour into a spray bottle
- Spray weeds from the bottom to make sure they are well-saturated
When to do it:
- Do this on a sunny day
- Do not do this on a windy day
- Do not do this on a rainy day – the rain will wash the mixture off
“Salt drowns the soil from any growth,” she said.
The contrast in her ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures was stark.
Where her patio was once blighted by unwanted weeds, after using the spray, it was free of them.
“This is a more natural solution for your pets and family. In two hours you will be done,” she said.
A professional in the comments to her post confirmed this method worked.
