I’m a Ted Baker super fan who’s gutted it’s going into administration – my 10 top picks to buy before it disappears
IT seems like all our favourite stores are disappearing from the high street, with Ted Baker also announcing that it has gone into administration.
With the future of its 46 stores now in doubt, I’ve found the top ten picks you’ll want to bag from the British brand – before it disappears.
Allicon Mock Croc Icon Tote (£39)
As a self-confessed Ted Baker superfan, I’ve been in love with its soft pastels and timeless silhouette – pretty ironic for a brand that started off designing menswear.
It’s not hard to see why though, as there are countless classic dresses that were perfect for work and occasion wear.
While I prepare to say goodbye to the brand, there is one item that I’m not quite ready to let go of just yet: the Allicon Mock Croc Icon Tote.
Unlike other workbags, this handbag had a classic boxy design and was large enough to store all your work essentials – including your laptop.

These reasonably priced scents have beautiful botanical packaging, which looks like it belonged in Selfridges – except you could find them in Boots.
As we prepare to say goodbye to the high street giant, I’m currently stockpiling the Ted Baker perfumes – including this Miya fragrance (£20) which has a citrusy and sweet aroma.
Scented with raspberry, rose, patchouli and amber, the elegant perfume is the perfect pick-me-up before heading to work.
Beksia Floral Faux Leather Jewellery Case (£40)
Buying birthday gifts for your loved ones can be tricky, but I reckon they will be thrilled to receive the Floral Faux Leather Jewellery Case (£40).

FLORAL FANCIES GIFT SET (£8)
Like many girls in the noughties, I received multiple Ted Baker gift sets over the years.
Whilst some people might complain that it’s a low-effort present, I loved the bold floral packaging and the toiletries that lurked inside.
Sadly, my favourite has long been discontinued but I still love the Floral Fancies set.
Not only is the violet and bergamot scent incredible, the body lotion incredibly creamy and doesn’t dry out my hands.
As it was only £8 in Boots, I don’t expect this set to stay on shelves for long – which is a shame.
Peony & Camellia Body Spray (£4)
It wouldn’t be a Ted Baker haul without at least one body spray, would it?
The gorgeous little scents could be found in my handbag for the better part of a decade and I’d always add one to my basket when I was in Boots.
One of my favourite Ted Baker buys, I’m honestly a little heartbroken that their floral scent might soon disappear from my work bag – especially the Peony & Camelia (£4).
