Acadiana Eats: Po-boys spots
(KLFY)-- In this episode of Acadiana Eats, we're featuring a local staple, the po-boy, and inside, crispy fried seafood.
This week marks the end of the Lenten season. With Acadiana Eats starting in the Fall of 2015, in that nine-year stretch, News 10 has seen some of the best seafood on the planet.
Since seafood is on the menu for most Acadiana natives this weekend, News 10 showcased Gerald Gruenig's favorite seafood po-boys.
Gruenig takes us back to two of his favorite po-boy spots, Bon Creole in New Iberia, and Mama's Fried Chicken in Opelousas.
The crew at Bon Creole showed how to make their seafood combo po-boy, and staff at Mama's put together fried shrimp po-boy.
