'No conscience': George Conway doesn't how Trump can avoid jail for violating gag order
Donald Trump tested the boundaries of a gag order imposed by a New York judge ahead of his hush money trial, and George Conway said he doesn't think the former president can avoid jail.
The ex-president falsely claimed that judge Juan Merchan's daughter posted a photo on social media showing Trump behind bars, although that account was fake and not linked to her, and Conway told "Morning Joe" that Trump could not help himself from violating rules imposed on him.
"Lying, intimidating, bullying – that's Donald Trump at his worst, that's Donald Trump always," Conway said. "He's always going to find the one thing that he can do, if there is a list of things he cannot do and doesn't think he can get away with, and he has no compunction about it, no conscience."
The judge forbid Trump from publicly commenting jurors or potential witnesses in the case, including his former lawyer Michael Cohen and adult film star Stormy Daniels, and it bans him from making statements intended to interfere with or harass court staffers, prosecutors and their families, but does not include the judge and his family or district attorney Alvin Bragg.

"At some point, I think he'll end up violating the gag order, and it'll be an interesting moment," Conway said. "He's arguably already violated other gag orders but he'll pushing the envelope as much as possible, particularly when he gets to the courtroom on April 15 and has to sit there and listen to the arguments against him."
Merchan has ordered that the names of jurors selected for Trump's trial will be kept under wraps from the public, although prosecutors and defense attorneys will know their names and addresses, and cited the former president's history of attacking trial jurors and grand jurors with the intention of corruptly influencing their decisions.
