‘Perfect fit’ Sainsbury’s shoppers go wild for £17.60 midi dress that’s ‘on trend’ for spring & ‘great value for money’
As Spring has officially sprung, our floral dresses are finally coming out of the closet.
If your favourite looks like it has seen better days though, fashionistas have found a dress with the ‘perfect fit’ – and it’s even on sale.
The supermarkert is fast becoming the go-to destination for high street fashion[/caption] The stunning ditsy print dress has been reduced in the sale and comes a range of sizes[/caption]If you weren’t already sold, you can pick up the midi alongside your groceries at Sainsbury’s.
Part of the supermarket’s TU clothing range, the Navy Floral Midi Tea Dress has a gorgeous white ditsy design and is perfect for this time of year.
According to the product description, it also has ‘flattering volume sleeves’ with a slight V-neck and comes in at the waist.
Now available in sizes 8-24, the dress also comes in three lengths: small, regular and long.
The TU website even states that the midi dress will be a ‘stunning staple’ for ‘evenings out and special occasions’.
However, we think the dress would look just as good when paired with white trainers and a denim jacket for a chic, off-duty look.
Fashionistas have also been falling in love with this stunning dress and it’s been awarded an impressive five stars online.
In one review, a happy customer raved about the fit and the fact that there were various lengths available.
They wrote: “Nice quality and fit. I am tall, so having the extra length option was a bonus. Material drapes well.”
Having worn the dress for a few days, they also noted that the dress was ‘smart enough for the office but could also be casual’.
“Love this dress. Fits lovely. Really nice material too. Great price,” added another, awarding the dress five stars in their review.
A third then wrote: “Great fit fantastic value for money! Material and style on trend.”
With reviews like this, it’s not suprising that the dress is already starting to sell.
To avoid missing out, it’s worth checking whether your local Sainsbury’s has the perfect fit for you.
We don’t expect this beautiful blue dress to stay on shelves for long though as the supermarket has already dramatically reduced the price.
Fashionistas can’t seem to get enough of this dress and have awarded it five stars[/caption] After receiving rave reviews, the dress is already starting to sell out[/caption]Originally priced at £22, you can now find it in-store and online for just £17.60.
While you are there we’d recomend you get the Rose Ruched Blurred Floral Mesh dress, which we’ve also spotted in the supermarket’s aisles.
As the name suggests, this midi-maxi dress has a beautiful floral print in pinks and browns.
Made from a lightweight polyester mesh material, it is fully lined and is a great transition piece as the weather begins to improve.
It also has a small side slit, meaning you can move about easily despite the fitted style.
Just like the tea dress though, this mesh dress is already beginning to disappear from shelves.
Though it was available in sizes 8-24, it has already sold out online meaning that you will have to look for it in your local store.
As if we needed an excuse to go shopping, right?
It has a gorgeous ditsy design that can easily be dressed up or down[/caption]When do supermarkets put out yellow-sticker bargains?
The time supermarkets reduce their products vary across stores.
Here’s a rough supermarket-by-supermarket guide:
Aldi
Aldi uses a red sticker to show reductions on fresh products such as bread, meat, fruit and vegetables.
This is when they have reached the last day of shelf life.
Red stickered items are most commonly found at opening and closing times.
M&S
Reduction times can vary from store to store but is most likely to occur near closing time.
Asda
Asda told Which? that yellow stickers are applied twice a day – in the morning and evening.
Co-op
Co-op told The Sun its reduced-to-clear prices are generally applied about four hours before the store closes.
Lidl
Lidl has a similar procedure to Asda and Aldi with reductions twice a day.
However individual stores may opt to reduce prices throughout the day.
Morrisons
Shoppers online have said that Morrisons does the best bargains first thing in the morning.
However the store told Which? that there is no specific times for yellow sticker price cuts.
Sainsbury’s
Sainsbury’s told The Sun it’s at the store manager’s discretion whether to offer discounts.
However shoppers have reported that the best deals are in the evening from 6pm.
Tesco
Tesco has said there is no specific time for reduction, but again most people found that prices were reduced from 6pm.
Waitrose
As with most of the other stores, Waitrose shoppers have said the best reductions are found before closing.
However the store stated that there is no specific time for yellow stickers to be applied.
