Jodie Sweetin Reacts to Candace Cameron Bure's Stance on LGBTQ+ People in GAC Family Movies
Jodie Sweetin is reacting to the controversial comments made by her Full House co-star Candace Cameron Bure.
In a new interview, Candace talked about leaving Hallmark Channel and forming a new partnership with GAC Family, where she says there will be no movies featuring same-sex couples.
“I think that Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core,” Candace said in response to being asked about featuring LGBTQ+ couples in the channel’s Christmas movies.
One star already spoke out to call Candace a “bigot” and then JoJo Siwa, who feuded with her just months ago, slammed the comments as well.

“honestly, I can’t believe after everything that went down just a few months ago, that she would not only create a movie with intention of excluding LGBTQIA+, but then also talk about it in the press. This is rude and hurtful to a whole community of people,” JoJo wrote on her Instagram account.
Jodie left a comment on JoJo‘s post and said, “You know I love you ❤️❤️.”
We’re glad that Jodie appears to be on the right side of this issue, unlike Candace.
