Ant and Dec took to Instagram to conduct their daily live stream for fans after the main show finishes.
The presenting duo enjoy answering questions from viewers of the long-running ITV programme who are encouraged to send in their ideas for the show.
But when one fan suggested the former Love Island star – who was forced to pull out of the show on medical grounds – should make a return, neither Ant or Dec refused to rule out the prospect.
One user wrote in: “Can you bring Olivia back next year? We are missing a feisty female.”

Ant answered by saying: “That’s not a bad idea! I’m going to put that to the powers that be at the end of this show and hopefully I’ll have an answer sometime tomorrow.”
The presenter confirmed he will lobby show execs after Olivia was forced to pull out of the show.
Routine blood tests on the Olivia Meets Her Match star were conducted that came back with abnormal results.
The former Love Island star, 31, had been in the show for just 48 hours when bosses called her for a medical check.

The blood test results showed she was dangerously anaemic whilst Olivia later revealed how the medical emergency left her scared and in tears.
They also flagged up worryingly low sodium and potassium levels.
On-site medics were so concerned that Olivia, 31, was called to a private room and then rushed to an A&E unit 30 miles from camp.
The emergency visit meant that producers deemed it unsafe for her to continue on the series.

She had no option but to fly from Brisbane to London and then return to the home she shares with footballer fiancé Bradley Dack, 28, near Manchester.
Olivia later appeared on ITV’s This Morning to talk about her experience on the show, where she admitted she was desperate to get back to camp.
She revealed: “I felt well, I didn’t feel unwell – there was nothing. I felt healthy. I was loving it. I was even more confused. It was all really strange.
I went to hotel and I know now that conversations went through the night with production who were desperate to have me back in, but the medical team…
It’s an insurance thing. They have to seek other parties’ opinions.
I wanted to show myself in a different light.”
She continued: “I’ve been a big fan of the show all my life. Those conversations about going in the jungle happened after Love Island, so it’s been five years in the making.”Olivia later admitted she was desperate to get back into camp after being rushed to hospital[/caption] Ant and Dec promise fans they will lobby execs for a potential jungle return next year[/caption] Olivia’s tests also flagged up worryingly low sodium and potassium levels[/caption]
