But the other bedroom has set prospective buyers’ tongues wagging because of one unusual feature.

Up one end is a single bed and bedside table plus a desk and up the other end is a colourful storage unit.
But in the middle of the room is a tiled shower cubicle.
It has a clear screen around it and a mat on the floor.
The property in Birmingham is on the market for £175,000.

It is being sold by Gordon Jones estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
But one househunter was left baffled by it.
Rebecca Glover said: “Just seen this on Rightmove.
“Why have an en-suite when you can have a shower in the middle of your bedroom.”
The description for the odd bedroom reads: “Double glazed window to rear aspect.
“Central heating radiator.
“Shower cubicle with electric shower.”
The key features of the property are listed as “Three bed semi-detached, lounge, kitchen, verandah, front and rear gardens.
“Driveway, central heating, partial double glazing, freehold.”
Earlier this month a terraced property in Wales went on the market for just £25,000 – an apparent bargain until prospective buyers looked inside.
Despite its bargain price tag, the home’s dirty and dingy interior with a jungle in the back garden may put off some house hunters.
