GBBO viewers vow to ‘fight’ Paul Hollywood if favourite contestant doesn’t win show
GREAT British Bake Off fans feel so strongly about one contestant that they would “FIGHT” Paul Hollywood if she doesn’t win.
The new series only kicked off last week, yet viewers have already fallen in love with Carole, a pink-haired gardening enthusiast.

The bakers had been tasked with making a batch of the meringue-based snacks that “looked like something else”.
Carole, from Dorset, decided to make burger-shaped macarons and fans could not get enough of the way she said “burger” in her West Country accent.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Carole is the f***ing best and I will fight Paul Hollywood if she doesn’t win.”

A third wrote: “Carole’s my fave! The West Country accent for the win every time.”
Someone else echoed this by tweeting: “Compost Carole for the win!”
Carole, 59, is among 12 amateur bakers who were elected to take part in this year’s Great British Bake Off.

One – former charity director Will – has already left the tent after being sent home in the first week.
Carole, meanwhile, lives on a hillside in Dorset with her husband Michael and she works as a supermarket cashier.
She has a segment on a local radio show called Compost Carole, during which she shares her gardening know-how with listeners.
Carole brings the artistry that she uses in her garden to her baking, creating colourful and eclectic bakes that are inspired by her passion for horticulture.
She says she began her dedicated baking journey with a first birthday cake for her eldest granddaughter Maisie.

Since then, Carole has refined her skills, admitting she used YouTube to teach herself the finer techniques of decoration.
Carole says her favourite flavours are “fruity and punchy”
