Fulham will allow Rodrigo Muniz to quit on loan transfer with Middlesbrough keen – but only after signing a new forward
FULHAM striker Rodrigo Muniz is waiting to be cleared to go out on loan.
And Middlesbrough are keen for a quick answer.
Muniz will be allowed to leave for the season to gain some valuable first-team minutes.
But he can only leave West London if Marco Silva can find an extra frontman to fill his slot in Cottagers’ Premier League squad.
Boro boss Chris Wilder wants two new forwards ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
And he is prepared to wait for the nod on the Brazilian, 21.
Wilder has already landed two top targets this summer.
He first swoop was for Blackburn centre-back Darragh Lenihan to bolster his defence.
And last week Boro completed the loan signing of Manchester City goalkeeper Zack Steffen.
As for Fulham, they too have made two captures ahead of the new season.
