The second episode of the ITV programme aired on Sunday evening – and viewers were treated to a performance from head judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.

Their amazing performance was one of a kind because for the first time ever on the show, their dance was filmed by a drone.
However the new angles and quick camera movements left many fans unimpressed and have begged the show to never use it again.
One wrote on Twitter: “Love #DancingOnIce but ohh the drone view made me feel dizzy.”
A second said: “Never knew watching from a drone could cause Motion Sickness…..Until I watched tonight #DancingOnIce please don’t do it again.”
A third added: “Please issue a warning before or better still never ever use that drone to film a routine ever again.”
“Stick to usual camera work Drone was very nauseating,” a fourth simply added.
A fifth begged: “Awful filming using a drone on #dancingonice. Don’t do that again ITV.”
Meanwhile others weren’t bothered by the choice of equipment and were left speechless over their amazing routine.
Another said: “@torvillanddean Thanks for that fabulous routine legends. Loved #Dancingonice.”
A second wrote: “I don’t think we will ever see two people more in sync than Torvill and Dean… #mesmerizing #Dancingonice #DOI.”
The pair are former British, European, Olympic and World champion ice dancers who won their first gold at the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in 1984.
They have been creative directors of the skating competition since it first aired in 2006 and took on the role of judges during the tenth series in 2018.
“Such an incredible and breathtaking performance from Torvill and Dean with the drone it felt like we were flying haha! Well done Jayne and Chris and I would like the drone to come back soon,” a third tweeted.

Last night Dancing On Ice was branded a “fix” after Ben Foden was the first celeb to be eliminated after an intense skate off with ITV star Ria Hebden.
Former England rugby player Ben was the first to take to the rink during Sunday’s show, performing a routine to Livin’ la Vida Loca by Ricky Martin.
His hip-shaking and jumps, and lifts with pro partner Robin Johnstone, won him 23 out of a possible 40 points.

He failed to get enough public votes to keep him out of the bottom two.
After a tense skate off, new judge Oti Mabuse told Ben: “I’m going to vote for the couple who took more risks and was enjoyable.”
And Ashley Banjo commented: “Well done to both of you, skate offs are never easy but I picked this person for incorporating more elements into the skate.”
Over on Twitter, viewers branded the result a “fix”, as one viewer said: “Disgraceful choice from the judges tonight. Neither were fantastic but at least Ben skated on his own. Think Chris and Jayne are losing the plot…very unfair.”
Another scoffed: “Cannot believe Ben was voted off thought he was a lot better in the skating performances than Lorraine’s friend, of course that didn’t play a part in the voting.”
