Twins Versus Angels Postponed to Allow Additional COVID-19 Testing
The Los Angeles Angels official Twitter account confirmed that their game against the Minnesota Twins has been postponed to allow more COVID-19 testing within the Twins organization.
The Halos thumped the Twins on Friday night, beating them 10-3. Saturday night’s contest was supposed to be the second game of a three-game set. It’s unclear whether Sunday’s game will go ahead as scheduled or when tonight’s game will be re-scheduled.
Be sure to amend your DFS rosters at FanDuel. Any players that were in your lineup can be substituted for players who have not yet started. First pitch in the Angels versus Twins game was scheduled for 9:07 pm ET, which means there will only be a few options available as two games remain to get started. The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres are scheduled to start at 8:40 pm ET, and the Seattle Mariners host the Houston Astros start at 9:10 pm ET.
FanDuel Sportsbook has taken the betting line off the board for tonight and tomorrow. Major League Baseball will provide additional updates on the status of the games after additional testing is completed.
