Fury as cheating Ryanair pilot who drove fiance to stab son, 1, to death released early to start life with new family
A CHEATING pilot who drove his fiance to murder their own son with a campaign of sick abuse was released early from prison.
Peter Chilvers, a Ryanair pilot, was sentenced to 18-months in prison for controlling or coercive behaviour after his fiance, Magdalena Lesicka, said she stabbed their one-year-old son James after being driven to dispair.
Ms Lesicka was handed a 15-month sentence for manslaughter in 2018.
But now The Mirror have shared pictures of the disgraced pilot cradling his child – concieved with the woman he was openly cheating on his fiance with – after he was released with more than two-thirds of his sentence left to go.
He also has another child with the stewardess, Lisa Spencer, who he was having an open affair with, The Mirror reports.
The couple’s youngest child is close in age to his dead son, James.
The woman’s distraught mother, Iwona, 61, blasted the “remorseless” abuser’s early release, claiming: “He was only sentenced to a year and a half because he had money for attorneys.”
A source told The Mirror Chilvers was released last May, subject to conditions including an electronic tag.
‘TREATED LIKE PROPERTY’
Speaking from her home in Wronki, near the Polish city of Poznan, the gireving grandmother told how her daughter – once an ambitious young air stewardess was “addicted” to the manipulator.
Ms Lesicka’s sentencing hearing, in Preston in July 2018, heard she had suffered “deliberate, relentless and ultimately overwhelming psychological torment”.
This included violence and threats of violence, Chilvers telling her he would take James, and bizarre acts of cruelty and degradation, including squeezing her nose so she couldn’t breathe and force-feeding her human hairs.
The stewardess had been planning to split with Chilvers in the days before James’ death, on August 26, 2017.
The court heard the couple had been in relationship since 2010 but Chilvers cheated on Ms Lesicka from 2014 with another Ryanair cabin crew member, Lisa Spencer, who is now his partner and mother to his two young daughters.
Damning phone calls laid bare the “utter breakdown” of their relationship in the hours before she she stabbed their son to death.
Chilvers had downloaded an app onto his mobile phone to record conversations he was having with with his fiance in the days prior to their son James’ death.
He recorded the calls to collect evidence, which he thought would help him in any court case involving his partner and their child.
But ultimately the calls provided powerful evidence for prosecutors aiming to prove that Chilvers “bullied” and “ground-down” Ms Lesicka, before she killed their son.
Chilvers also reportedly tried to convince his then-girlfriend to abort James, calling her a “selfish ****” after she told him she planned on keeping their child.

Judge Patrick Field blasted Chilvers as showing “no more than a hint” of remorse and treating Ms Lesicka like his “sexual property”.
When approached on his early release this week, the pilot’s family did not have a comment.
