You can now get paid £200 to eat Greggs’ festive bakes, KFC and McDonald’s – how to apply
FAST food fans can now get paid £200 to scoff Christmas menus by chains including Greggs, KFC and McDonald’s in a dreamy new job.
The role as a “festive food tester” at restaurant and takeaway insurance site Moneybeach.co.uk involves crowning the best Christmas menus.
The lucky candidate who bags the job will be responsible for reviewing selected food products on taste, value for money and “festive-ness”.
You don’t have to spend a penny, as you’ll get a £75 voucher to use at a range of fast food chains including Greggs, KFC, Costa Coffee and McDonalds.
It means you’ll be able to munch on Gregg’s festive bakes, KFC’s gravy burger or McDonald’s Double Big Mac for free AND get paid – just to mention a few examples.
All the items will be ordered via food delivery apps like Deliveroo, UberEats and Just Eat – so you can do the job from the comfort of your home.
Once you’ve completed the task, you’ll be paid £200 for your troubles.
All the information collected will then be used to officially determine the best festive food in the UK for 2020.
Does it sound like a dreamy way to earn some extra cash? We explain how to apply below.
How to apply for the job
Firstly, you have to be over the age of 18 and in the UK.
You also need to live in an area with food delivery app coverage, whether it’s Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat.
If you want to apply, you’ll be asked to explain why you feel you are the right person for the job.
You can apply for the role on the Moneybeach website.
There’s no specified application end-date, but it’s best to send in your application sooner rather than later if you want to avoid missing out.
