Inside Rita Ora’s lavish 30th birthday party she threw for herself
PARTY animal Rita Ora might have had her 30th birthday ruined by lockdown but there were no tears on the night – just a three-tiered cake.
The Anywhere singer is used to five-star service, so brought the luxury into her own home on Thursday night with the most decadent takeaway I have ever seen.
My photos show how Rita got all dressed up in a silver top and black vinyl trousers to tuck into hundreds of pounds worth of grub from the upmarket Chinese restaurant, Hakkasan, in Mayfair, London.
And with restaurants still currently closed, she made it seem like she was really there by hiring a waiter to serve up the dinner.
My source said: “Rita has seriously been thinking up ways to mark her 30th for more than a year.
“But the closer it came to the big day, she realised that wasn’t going to be possible.
“She has put all plans for a birthday blowout with all of her mates on the back burner until it is safe to do so, but there was no chance she wasn’t going to celebrate.
“She has missed getting all dressed up while stuck at home so insisted everyone put on their best party gear and had a lovely evening together.
“It was just her family there but she pulled out all the stops with really pricey food, a massive cake, balloons everywhere and even a waiter.
“She poured shots of her own brand of tequila, Prospero, for everyone too.

Rita has been a regular in this column for years because of her dedication to partying and letting loose, so I’m glad she got to celebrate in style, sort of.
If this is her idea of a low-key birthday, I can’t wait to see what Rita does when she’s out on the tiles again.
Molly and Louis un-locky in love
WHILE the second lockdown has brought some couples closer together, others have not been so lucky.
And that goes for Molly Moorish Gallagher, daughter of loud-mouth rock star Liam Gallagher.
Just six months after I revealed she was dating model Louis Hartley, their friends have told me the pair have now called it quits.
A pal explained: “Molly and Louis were totally smitten and they were closer than close when they first started dating earlier this year.
“But lockdown has put pressure on them – it’s not a great time when you’re dating someone new – and they decided to end it.
“It’s been a bit of a messy split and Molly has deleted every trace of Louis from her social media accounts. It’s like their relationship didn’t exist.”
I don’t blame her to be honest. Out of sight is out of mind.
The friend added: “Molly is gorgeous and has everything going for her, so it won’t be long until she’s off the market again for sure.”
Model Molly, who was estranged from Liam for 20 years before he reached out to her, previously said she’d turned to her ex-Oasis star dad for dating advice.
She said earlier this year: “I go to him for boy advice. He’ll be like, ‘Stay away from that one’.”
I think Liam’s boyfriend-material detection radar needs a bit of a polish.

ALESHA DIXON has confirmed she and the other Britain’s Got Talent judges will be performing on the Christmas Day special.
The former Mis-Teeq singer says she cannot wait to get back on stage, along with David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Ashley Banjo.
She said: “We are about to film the Christmas special for Britain’s Got Talent on December 7.
All the judges are performing this year so it’s going to be extra-special.”
She also said it will be business as usual in January when it comes to filming auditions for the next full series, due for the spring.
On Instagram Live, she said: “As far as we know, it’s all happening.
“That’s how I always start my year and I feel very, very lucky I start on such a high. January is usually quite a slog and we get to laugh our heads off.”
Bebe, it’s cold outside
IS that really Bebe Rexha? Corset is.
The US singer wore this eye-catching black and red number in the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade in New York.
With it being just as chilly in the Big Apple as it is in the UK, I don’t blame her for slinging on the shaggy coat over the top of her outfit to perform new song Baby I’m Jealous.
I imagine she was jealous . . . of all her fellow Americans staying cosy at home on Thursday and eating turkey while she was stuck in the cold.
And I can understand how she’s kept slim, given what she said she would be making for the US holiday.
Asked about her role in preparing the annual meal, she said: “I’m the best salad-maker in my family because I love adding all the bad things, like the cheese. I’m just really good at making salads, or at least my mother says so.”
Doesn’t sound like much fun around their house.
Maybe that’s why she chose to spend the day at the parade instead.
Miley’s lyrics reveal fight to stay faithful
MILEY Cyrus has never been one to hold back.
But some of the lyrics on her new album Plastic Hearts, released yesterday, may still come as a shock, especially to ex-husband Liam Hemsworth.
Singer Miley admits to struggling with fidelity on her track, Never Be Me[/caption]While she has denied rumours that she cheated on the Hunger Games hunk – sparked by flings with reality star Kaitlynn Carter and singer Cody Simpson months after her divorce in August last year – Miley admits to struggling with fidelity on her track, Never Be Me.
Miley sings: “If you’re looking for stable, that’ll never be me. If you’re looking for faithful, that’ll never be me.
“If you’re looking for someone to be all that you need, that’ll never be me, hard as I try.”
On Night Crawling, a duet with Billy Idol, she adds: “Sometimes I need your lovin’, sometimes I stab you in the back.”
In another heartbreaking ballad, Miley, who was with Liam on and off for ten years, seems to shed more light on the final days of their romance.

She sings on Angels Like You: “I know that you’re wrong for me, gonna wish we never met on the day I leave.
“I brought you down to your knees, ’cause they say that misery loves company. It’s not your fault I ruin everything. And it’s not your fault I can’t be what you need.”
These lyrics hit like a wrecking ball.
