Gurgaon bans construction, demolition work for 15 days as pollution curbs tighten
The administration in Gurgaon has mandated a suspension of all dust-producing construction activities starting from November 5, lasting until November 20. This ban covers significant projects, including highways and pipelines, thus disrupting current construction efforts. Government offices and private sectors must limit their on-site employees to just 50%. However, essential services and certain projects, such as hospitals and railways, are exempt.
