Firemen called for ‘fire call’, end up washing BJP MLA’s bungalow in Gujarat
Controversy arose in Devgadh Baria when firefighters were summoned to wash BJP MLA Bachubhai Khabad's bungalow. The fire brigade travelled around 24 kilometers to reach Khabad's residence in Pipero village. Nagarpalika officials were not aware of the reason for the call and later charged Khabad’s family for the service. The fire chief was alerted during the incident and instructed the team to stop the work.
