‘Locked inside room for days’: Gurgaon's Mahindra Aura society bars EWS residents from park, internal roads; RWA cites Rs 7 lakh dues
A conflict has emerged in Mahindra Aura housing society in Gurgaon regarding access rights for EWS residents. The District Registrar ordered the RWA to lift access restrictions on common areas and parks. EWS resident Kashmir Singh lodged a complaint alleging systemic discrimination and inadequate access to facilities. The RWA, however, cites separate maintenance agreements as justification for the restrictions.
