Youth immolates himself while asking diploma student to love him, attempts to hug her in Mysuru
In a shocking incident, 26-year-old Chandan from Halaguru attempted to self-immolate while expressing his love for a first-year engineering student. Dousing himself with petrol, he set himself on fire, but the girl managed to escape with minor burns. Both were rushed to KR Hospital, with Chandan sustaining serious injuries. He now faces charges of attempted murder and suicide stemming from this tragic event.
