Instagram made ‘attorney-client privilege’ swag hats for employees who concealed kids safety docs in court battle

A photo of the so-called “swag” hats surfaced in documents released in California federal court where a coalition of school districts have accused Meta of fueling social media addiction. The “a/c/priv” hats were made available to employees working on Instagram’s Teen Accounts team – known internally as “Project Nido.”
