800 buildings in Odisha face fire safety violation notices; special drive from Sept 15
Cracking down on fire safety violations, the Odisha Fire and Emergency Service (OFES) has issued notices to around 800 buildings allegedly operating without mandatory fire safety certificates and will launch a month-long statewide enforcement and awareness drive from Sept 15 to improve compliance and strengthen preparedness.
