A senior graphic designer from Noida suffered severe injuries after a speeding blue Maruti Baleno struck him near a Gurugram petrol pump early Thursday. The driver of the Baleno fled the scene. The victim, Shankar Singh Kathayat, was standing by the roadside when the incident occurred. Police have registered a case against the unidentified motorist and are actively working to trace them.
