Operating under the guise of "Curest Science and Wellness Pvt Ltd," the accused lured customers with online ads, promising significant weight loss and refunds. When customers sought refunds, they were blocked. The operation, which allegedly defrauded people of crores across several states, involved impersonating medical professionals to build trust.
