Hazaribag Police Arrest Gang Member with Arms, Foil Extortion Plot
A member of the Rahul Dubey-led criminal gang was apprehended in Hazaribag with a pistol, ammunition, and a phone. The accused, Jiaul Rahman alias Mojammil, was arrested during a raid and confessed to a plan for extortion through firing incidents. Police are continuing efforts to apprehend other gang members.
