Jharkhand Launches Online Portal for Unauthorised Building Regularisation
Jharkhand launched a website to regularize unauthorized residential buildings up to G+2 height on plots under 300 sq mt. This initiative offers a one-time opportunity for residents to legalize homes built without sanctioned maps, aiming to resolve existing cases practically and humanely. Applications will be accepted for two months, with cases expected to be disposed of within six months.
