The party had been promoted on social media and drew a large crowd to the popular campground area about 15 miles northeast of Oklahoma City.
Davis is the sole suspect identified so far, but the investigation remains active.
Witnesses initially reported at least two suspects fleeing into the woods after the shooting.
One of them was reported to have dreadlocks, which fits with Davis’ mugshot.
