WATCH: Jeanine Pirro Smacks Down Jake Tapper with a Perfect Response After He Slyly Smears Trump by Reading His Would-Be Assassin’s Evil Manifesto
Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, was not about to let CNN hack Jake Tapper slide for attempting to slyly smear President Trump with his would-be assassin’s evil words.
On Sunday, Pirro appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” to discuss the charges and ongoing investigation into the shooting incident at last weekend’s White House Correspondents’ Association dinner. As The Gateway Pundit reported, a heavily armed man stormed the lobby of the Washington Hilton, sprinted past a Secret Service checkpoint and shot a Secret Service agent.
The shooter, identified as 31-year-old Cole Allen of Torrance, California, was taken into custody and charged with using a firearm during a crime of violence and assaulting a federal officer with a dangerous weapon. He was targeting Trump and members of the administration.
Then, on Sunday, it was revealed that Allen wrote a manifesto and expressed his hatred for “p*dophile, r*pist” Trump, though he did not mention the president by name.
After Pirro stated the obvious, which was that Allen was trying to kill Trump, Tapper played dumb and called that into question.
He said that one could not be certain because Kash Patel was the only person mentioned in the manifesto.
When Pirro refused to play the game, Tapper then read Allen’s manifesto which called Trump a p*dophile, r*pist, and traitor.
Pirro slammed the move by Tapper as outrageous and pointed out he could have referred to so many other things but chose this route
Then, Tapper asked whether Allen was referring to Trump. Pirro responded to this stupid question in perfect fashion:
“You’re going to have to ask him that. I don’t really care!”
Exactly. Not a soul should give this monster to notoriety he so craves.

TAPPER: You alluded to the target being clear in the manifesto, the only name in the manifesto is Kash Patel…
PIRRO: He leaves him (Trump) out!
TAPPER: Which he says Kash Patel is not a target. He (Allen) does say, quote, “I am no longer willing to permit a p*dophile, r*pist ,and traitor to quote my hands with his crimes, unquote.
PIRRO: That’s outrageous. there’s a lot of things you could have referred to.
This guy is a hater. He hates Trump so much.
TAPPER: Is he talking about Trump in that?
PIRRO: You’re going to have to ask him that. I don’t really care!
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Trump blasted ’60 Minutes’ anchor Norah O’Donnell to her face last Sunday for reading portions of the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter’s manifesto.
“You should be ashamed of yourself for reading that, because I’m not any of those things,” Trump said. “Excuse me! Excuse me! You shouldn’t be reading that on ‘60 Minutes.’ You’re a disgrace, but go ahead, let’s finish the interview.”
