Giada de Laurentiis’s daughter is growing up so fast, and now, Jade was just at the Prom!
In case you missed it, Giada shared the sweetest snapshots of her daughter Jade’s prom. She shared the photos on her Instagram with the caption reading, “Senior prom for my girl! 😭💗.”
In the photos, we see a beaming Giada showing how her daughter Jade looks so elegant in a black Meshki Mattea Maxi Dress. Jade is truly bringing the elegance to her prom in this look, which she paired with a black bag, matching shoes, and jade earrings.
We see her with her pals, her mom, and, truly, we always love to see celebrity kiddos live their best lives at Prom!
For those who don’t know, De Laurentiis and her ex-husband, Todd Thompson, welcomed daughter Jade Marie De Laurentiis-Thompson on March 29, 2008.
In a recent interview with SheKnows, Giada discussed how she works to make food alongside Jade. She said, “Honestly, I have tried to let everything organically just happen because I have found with my daughter that the more I push her, the more she runs the other direction. She loves to eat, but she doesn’t love to cook.”
And in a previous interview with Parade, she talked about how motherhood changed everything.
“I never really thought I was going to have kids. I have nieces and nephews and I am a Godmother to many children, but I never really thought I was going to have my own… [But Jade has] allowed me to love in a full way… She’s reopened my eyes to the world around me and my ability to truly love someone again.”
