Super Round schedule announced for WBSC U-23 Men's Softball World Cup in Sincelejo
The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) has confirmed the Super Round and Placement Round schedule for the final stage of the tournament, with games taking place simultaneously at Eduardo Porras Stadium and 20 de Enero Stadium.
Following the Opening Round, Japan (4-1), New Zealand (4-1) and Czechia (3-2) advanced from Group A, while Australia (5-0), Mexico (4-1) and Venezuela (3-2) progressed from Group B. The remaining teams will compete in the Placement Round, battling for their final rankings.
Teams will carry over their Opening Round results into the Super Round standings. Australia and Japan lead the table with a 2-0 record, followed by Mexico and New Zealand at 1-1. Czechia and Venezuela enter the stage at 0-2.
The Super Round will be played from 30 April to 2 May at 20 de Enero Stadium, with game times scheduled for 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00. Colombia will play its three Placement Round games at the same venue at 21:00.
Eduardo Porras Stadium will host two Placement Round games per day, scheduled at 11:00 and 14:00.

The second stage opens on 30 April with games across both rounds. At Eduardo Porras Stadium, South Africa will face Singapore (11:00), followed by Argentina against Canada (14:00). At 20 de Enero Stadium, Venezuela will meet Czechia (12:00), New Zealand will play Mexico (15:00), Australia will face Japan (18:00), and Colombia will take on Denmark (21:00).
Competition continues on 1 May with key matchups. At Eduardo Porras Stadium, South Africa will face Canada (11:00), followed by Denmark against Argentina (14:00). At 20 de Enero Stadium, Venezuela will play Japan (12:00), New Zealand will face Australia (15:00), Czechia will meet Mexico (18:00), and Singapore will take on Colombia (21:00).
The final day of this stage will be played on 2 May. At Eduardo Porras Stadium, South Africa will face Denmark (11:00), followed by Singapore against Argentina (14:00). At 20 de Enero Stadium, Czechia will play Australia (12:00), Mexico will face Japan (15:00), Venezuela will meet New Zealand (18:00), and Colombia will take on Canada (21:00).
The tournament will conclude on 3 May with the medal games. The Bronze Medal Game will feature the third- and fourth-place teams from the Super Round, while the World Championship Final will be contested between the top two teams.
