Child taken to hospital after being hit by car on A206 Crossways Boulevard in Greenhithe
A child was taken to hospital last night after being hit by a car.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on the A206 Crossways Boulevard in Greenhithe at around 8pm.
Police attended alongside paramedics, who took a child to hospital.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “Two crews attended the scene and assessed and treated a child for injuries to their head before taking them to a local hospital for further medical treatment.”
It is understood the road was closed while the emergency services dealt with the casualty.
