Experts will discuss everything from threat capabilities and the changing operational environment to future technology and on the edge thinking.

Please join Mad Scientist for our first Speaker Series virtual event, Next-Gen Technology and the Army’s Transformation, featuring Dr. Alexander Kott, former Chief Scientist for the Army Research Laboratory. Dr. Kott will be presenting on how the U.S. Army can better prepare for the next “Black Swan” technology and align the Army’s S&T, transformation, and futurist communities.

This event will be held virtually through ZoomGov on Tuesday, 28 April 2026, 1200-1300 EDT. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session providing an opportunity to engage with Dr. Kott.
