Bronx man arraigned on drug charges in Albany County Court
On Monday, a Bronx man accused of transporting over 16,000 drug envelopes to the Capital Region was arraigned in Albany County Court. According to the Albany County District Attorney's Office, 35-year-old Ramon Riveras has been charged with first degree and third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
