Raptors win rock fight against Cavs – Barnes & CMB Dominate – Pull Up Tre LIVE GAME 4 REACTION

“Clutch time. Winning time.

Murray-Boyles, ever the hero, kept grabbing offensive rebounds, kept providing the churn to allow the Raptors to keep inch-worming their way back into things. Inch-worming from both sides ensued. Little in the way of scoring in this one. After Murray-Boyles grabbed what seemed like his 25th offensive rebound, he spit the ball back up court and into the waiting hands of Ingram, who hit a triple to bring the game to 84-82. A couple plays later, and after a Merrill triple, Harden fouled Ingram on a triple. He went 2/3. A 3-point game with 2 minutes left. A rough and tumble layup from Barrett brought it to 87-86, and a diving Shead kamikaze’d his way into Mitchell’s dribble to force an 8-second backcourt violation. The Raptors brought the chaos and the gumption. They gave themselves a shot.

With 34 seconds left, the Raptors ran a Barnes/Barrett screen that Wade got caught on, and Barnes went hard charging in to draw free throws – hitting both for the lead. After a missed floater from Mitchell and a missed putback from Mobley, we entered the free throw game. After an intentional foul, Barnes went to the line and made both to put the Raptors up 3. Mitchell tried to bait a foul from CMB, threw up a prayer over him, and chased his missed prayer into the stands while obliterating bystanders. The Raptors inbounded the ball to Barrett and watched him split the pair to go up 4 with 6 seconds left, it was a formality after that. The Cavs hit a 2-point shot, but fell short.

The Raptors went 15 rounds for this win, relying on every possible thing they could. Back to Cleveland, trying to perfect the heist.”
