Ben Stiller Celebrates Knicks Win With Viral 'Got It Done' Message
The New York Knicks entered Saturday night's game against the Atlanta Hawks in a 2-1 series deficit and desperately needed a win to avoid a serious hole.
Big man Karl-Anthony Towns answered the call with a triple-double, dropping 20 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in New York's 114-98 victory to knot the series at two games apiece. Towns, who wears No. 32 in honor of Magic Johnson, recorded his first triple-double in 54 career playoff games.
"It means a lot," Towns said. "Like Magic, I always talk about impact and winning, and to be able to amplify my teammates is one of the greatest honors."
Actor, Director Ben Stiller Reacts to Win
Few NBA teams – if any, with ultimate respect to the Los Angeles Lakers – have as many rabid celebrity fans as the Knicks. Everyone knows the connection Spike Lee has to the team, but New York has another superfan in actor and director Ben Stiller.
A quick look at his X (formerly Twitter) account shows just how obsessed Stiller is with the Knicks, perhaps to an unhealthy degree.
During Saturday night's big win over the Hawks, Stiller sent a three-word tweet that took on a life of its own and was seen nearly seven million times.
"Got it done," the tweet simply said.
Got it done

There's no additional context needed, the man was simply tweeting about basketball and social media thought he may have been talking about something that happened in a completely different state - hence the tweet going extra viral.
In the end, the Knicks evened the series, which will shift back to Madison Square Garden for a pivotal Game 5 that tips off on Tuesday, April 28 at 8 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on NBC and streamed on Peacock.
