Fake Mounjaro row: Accused had his own brand, 'Toneup'

Authorities have uncovered a dual operation in Gurgaon where a man manufactured fake Mounjaro injections and an unapproved tirzepatide-based product named 'Toneup'. Using 3D printing for packaging, he sold these counterfeit and unapproved vials online, with some traced to buyers in Delhi and Hyderabad. The investigation is ongoing, and an immediate recall has been initiated.
