NHRC raps authorities for failing to submit ATR on civic amenities in Cuttack’s ward no. 56

The National Human Rights Commission has warned Odisha authorities of coercive action for failing to submit pending reports on civic amenities and bridge safety. Key officials, including the chief secretary and Cuttack district magistrate, have been directed to file reports within two weeks, or face consequences under the Human Rights Act.
