Prosecutors Claim D4vd Had Child Porn on Phone During Murder Case Hearing
There are disturbing new reports about D4vd following his arrest after being charged for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

Prosecutors joined D4vd and his defense team in court on Thursday (April 23) for a status hearing on his upcoming preliminary hearing, set for May 1.
Prosecutors claimed they went through his phone and found a “significant amount” of child porn, although it’s not clear if that involved Celeste, per TMZ.
A wire tap was involved in the investigation last year, it was also revealed.
D4vd‘s defense team told the judge that prosecutors have not turned over their evidence, while L.A. County Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman explained the delay. There were reportedly three separate investigative grand juries, and those transcripts will seemingly become available at some point.
On Monday (April 20), the 21-year-old, whose real name is David Burke, was charged with Celeste‘s murder and he could be facing the death penalty.
According to documents obtained by The New York Post, D4vid may have committed the crime of continuous sexual abuse “who did unlawfully engage in three and more acts of ‘substantial sexual conduct,’” to Celeste when she was possibly as young as 12 years old. Find out more of the details.
