Ranchi GSTAT Bench Begins Hearing Cases, Easing High Court Burden
The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal in Ranchi has commenced hearing cases. This marks the second such bench in India to begin operations. Previously, GST disputes were handled by the High Court. The tribunal's establishment aims for quicker resolution of tax-related matters. Seventy cases have already been filed with the Ranchi bench.
