Jharkhand High Court Reserves Order in Special Judge Uttam Anand Murder Appeal
The Jharkhand High Court has reserved its order on an appeal by two men convicted of murdering special judge Uttam Anand in Dhanbad in July 2021. Anand was fatally struck by an autorickshaw during his morning walk, an incident captured on CCTV. The court, which had suo motu taken up the case, reviewed the footage during the hearing.
