Pontypridd RFC’s End of Season Event / Cap Night 2026
On Saturday 30th May Pontypridd RFC is proud to host a night of celebration in the clubhouse at Sardis Road. The event is a combined Player of the Year Night and Cap Night for players who have reached significant appearance milestones for Pontypridd RFC. Doors at the clubhouse will open for this event at 4.15pm, with the event starting promptly at 5.00pm.
It will be a great opportunity for Pontypridd RFC’s players, coaches, club officials and supporters to all get together and crown the team’s stand out performers from the 2025-26 campaign. As well as the individual awards, two of Pontypridd’s players, Joe Miles and Garyn Smith have reached 100 club appearances, and will be presented with their milestone caps during the evening.
Aside from the awards and caps being presented there will also be entertainment by local band The Pintados along with a three course sit down meal. The attire for the evening is formal loungewear, so no jeans/shorts or trainers to be worn please.
Tickets are priced for this special night at Sardis at £30 per person and can be booked by e-mailing the club at – media@ponty.net or telephoning/messaging club officials Paul Marshall on 07958 604098 or Samantha Rees on 07989 453781. Paul and Sam will also be present at both the Merthyr and Brecon home games on the 2nd and 9th May respectively should you wish to secure your place. Payment for the event is required at the Brecon home game on 9th May, and please advise us if you have any allergies.
The club does have a limited amount of club ties priced at £20 so please advise us if you would like to order a tie.
