YIKES! Dirty Sec of State and Candidate for MI Governor Jocelyn Benson Was On Southern Poverty Law Center’s Board When They Allegedly Paid Top “Hate Group” Organizer For Charlottesville Protest Where Innocent Counter-Protester Was Killed
The conservative-hating Southern Poverty Law Center appears to be facing some serious charges.
The same “hate group” smear machine that’s spent decades labeling conservatives, Christians, Trump supporters, and patriotic Americans as dangerous extremists has just been federally INDICTED on serious criminal charges.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, a federal grand jury in the Middle District of Alabama returned an 11-count indictment against the SPLC on April 21, 2026. The so-called “anti-hate” organization stands accused of running a massive fraud operation while pocketing hundreds of millions from gullible liberal donors.
Here’s what they’re charged with:
-6 counts of wire fraud
-4 counts of false statements to a federally insured bank
-1 count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering
Prosecutors say that between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 MILLION in donated funds to individuals tied to the same extremist groups they publicly claim to be fighting – including the Ku Klux Klan (and United Klans of America), Aryan Nations, the National Socialist Party of America, and other alleged neo-Nazi and white supremacist organizations.

After decades of falsely attacking innocent individuals and lying about top news organizations, like the Gateway Pundit, the Southern Poverty Law Center has finally been outed as a totally fraudulent group that allegedly raises funds by lying and deceiving its donors about the same hate groups they’re funding.
The Southern Poverty Law Center is alleged to have used paid informants inside several extremist groups. One of the most high-profile examples of the SPLC’s involvement in paying an informant inside a so-called “hate group” can be found in the indictment.
On August 12, 2017, the nation was shocked to witness the unexpected violence that erupted at the “Unite The Right” rally in Charlottesville, VA. The rally was billed as a call for Americans to come together and defend against the destruction of historic statues by the Obama regime.
Sadly, the “Unite the Right” rally ( the SPLC was allegedly secretly paying an informant to organize) resulted in the death of Heather Heyer, a counter-protester who was allegedly standing against the “hateful” protesters who were fighting to stop the destruction of historic statues in America.
Curiously, Jocelyn Benson, who is also America’s most crooked secretary of state, was a SPLC board member in 2017 at the time of the violent Unite the Right rally.
In 2018, the far-left Democrat operative Jocelyn Benson was elected as Michigan’s Secretary of State after losing her first Soros-funded bid in 2014. Curiously, prior to the 2018 election, Benson’s online profile appeared to be scrubbed, removing any evidence of her ties to the radical SPLC hate group.
In 2020, Benson oversaw the nation’s most mistrusted elections, while referring to the nation’s most corrupt election as the safest and most secure in history. She has repeatedly lied about “armed protesters” showing up in front of her home after the 2020 election, despite the Detroit Police claiming they saw no evidence that any protesters were carrying weapons. She frequently drones on about the threat of violence in our elections, despite never providing a shred of evidence to support her claims, and was caught red-handed lying to the now-deceased top radio host Frank Beckman during an interview about the windows that were covered to prevent GOP poll challengers from watching the absentee ballots being counted in Detroit on the day after the 2020 election.

Is mastering the art of lying and deceit required to serve on the board of the Southern Poverty Law Center? This level of deceit certainly doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
After President Trump spoke out about the horrific death of a young protester and condemned the violence while explaining that there were “very fine people on both sides” of the argument, including the protesters who were demanding public officials stop allowing historic statues to be torn down, the mainstream media completely twisted his comments to make it appear that President Trump was saying the white supremacists attending the rally were the “very fine people” he was referring to.
When Joe Biden ran for President from his basement in 2016, he was asked about what motivated him to come out of retirement and jump into the race. His answer? The Unite the Right rally…which we now know involved funding of one of the main organizers by the Southern Poverty Law Center, who was claiming to “fight hate groups,” when in reality they were funding them, all the while, they were stoking fear in the hearts and minds of Americans who were being told the white male was the most dangerous person in America.
The “Very Fine People” Hoax just got a major plot twist.
It turns out the Unite the Right group that was involved in Charlottesville was a LEFT-WING FUNDED FRONT GROUP.
So, this was a HOAX upon a HOAX upon a HOAX.

It’s unclear how Jocelyn Benson, who is undoubtedly the most unpopular secretary of state Michigan has ever elected (go to her X account and read any of the comments for evidence), plans to win her upcoming bid for governor. Who needs a plan to win an election when you are literally controlling the election yourself?
