Pontypridd RFC Continues To Support Community Rugby
Pontypridd RFC continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to community rugby, with fantastic support for local schools. Phil Miles, Director at Pontypridd RFC, has generously provided playing shirts for Ysgol Gyfun Garth Olwg Year 10 boys and Y Pant School Year 9 boys.
Both teams will proudly wear these colours as they compete in their respective Welsh Schools Cup Finals at Rodney Parade on Tuesday 28th April – this is a fantastic achievement for two of our local schools and a testament to the strength of grassroots rugby in the area.
Speaking about the support, Phil Miles said: “Being the President of Pontypridd Schools Rugby and a Director at Pontypridd RFC I’m very proud of all the fantastic work that is going on in our local community schools and clubs. The support from Pontypridd RFC highlights the vital connection between community clubs and the next generation of players. We wish both teams the very best of luck in their finals!”
