Derrick Henry Refuses to Sign Eagles Fan's Photo
A viral video has surfaced of Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry refusing a Philadelphia Eagles fan's request to autograph a photo at a signing event.
In Henry's defense, it wasn't exactly the most flattering photo to sign.
The video shows an Eagles fan speaking to Henry at a public meet-and-greet event. The fan asks the two-time rushing champion to sign a photo for him, but there's just one minor issue.
That fan asked Henry to sign the memorable photo of him being body-slammed by Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean, then a rookie, in their 2024 regular-season game in Baltimore.
Henry refused to sign the photo and even threw it to the ground. The fan was asked to leave, claiming he wasn't being "disrespectful."

DeJean made the impressive tackle on Henry in the fourth quarter of their Week 13, 2024 game. Philadelphia won 24-19, thanks to Saquon Barkley's 107 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown.
It was one of many special plays by DeJean in his rookie season. To put the cherry on top, he had a pick-six off Patrick Mahomes in the Eagles' blowout victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59.

The Ravens entered 2025 as one of the favorites to win Super Bowl 60. They were coming off a third straight playoff season, having won back-to-back AFC North Division crowns.
But the Ravens never looked like contenders last season. From blown fourth-quarter leads to Lamar Jackson struggling to stay healthy, it was an all-around forgettable season for the Ravens. They finished 8-9 and fired legendary head coach John Harbaugh after the season.
At 32, time is running out for Henry to win a Super Bowl. We'll see if swapping out Harbaugh for Jesse Minter pays off.
