'Street Fighter 6' Season 4 DLC Characters Allegedly Leaked, Including a 'Final Fantasy' Guest Character

We're still weeks away from the release of Ingrid and the conclusion of the third season of Street Fighter 6, but it seems like the season four line-up of DLC characters may have already been leaked. Most notably, it appears another guest character may be on the table, joining Terry Bogard and Mai from Fatal Fury on the roster.

According to a new-deleted Reddit post (the information of which has been rewritten in another post on Reddit by user ElkFeisty3823), the fourth wave of DLC characters will include Vega, Haggar, Gouken, and Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy 7.

To attempt to verify the credibility of the leaks, ElkFeisty3823 put together a timeline of the previously correct leaks, which have been documented in the newest Reddit post. The leaker was making the claim of Vega, Haggar, Gouken, and Tifa back in January. But it is impossible to completely verify if these leaks are accurate or not, so fans should take the information with a grain of salt.

Vega (known as Claw in some territories) has been a long-standing part of Street Fighter history, so his inclusion would not be surprising in the slightest. Haggar is originally from Fatal Fury, and with Terry and Mai already being in the game (and with Chun-Li and Ken appearing in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves), it's certainly plausible that Hagger could join the roster.

The biggest question marks on the roster are Gouken and Tifa. Gouken has only had one playable appearance in the series, in Street Fighter 4. Tifa would be even more surprising, as some fighting game fans might have expected to see her in Tekken 8 before Street Fighter 6, given that Clive Rosfield from Final Fantasy 16 is a guest character in that game.

Capcom has not officially announced any details regarding season four of Street Fighter 6, and these rumors remain just that—rumors.
