Tottenham could welcome two injured stars back to the pitch for Wolves clash
Two of Tottenham’s senior stars, who have been recovering from injuries, could be available for selection for the Lilywhites’ trip to Wolves.
Tottenham’s luck with injuries has not improved over recent weeks, with Roberto De Zerbi seeing two key men ruled out for the season since taking over at the club.
Mohammed Kudus suffered a setback just as he was on the cusp of a return, with the Ghanian not expected to play again for Spurs this season.
Meanwhile, Cristian Romero may have played his final game for Tottenham after a knee injury against Sunderland ended the Argentine’s season.
James Maddison and Guglielmo Vicario could return to action for Tottenham against Wolves
The Standard have now provided a potential return date for all of Tottenham’s injured players, and they suggest that De Zerbi could have two of his senior men available for the first time this Saturday.
It is revealed that Guglielmo Vicario, who had an operation on his hernia during last month’s international break, could be available for Spurs’ trip to the Molineux Stadium.
Additionally, it is suggested that James Maddison, who was an unused substitute against Brighton, could also feature against Wolves.
The pair’s return would certainly serve as a boost to the Lilywhites, with Vicario and Maddison both part of Tottenham’s leadership group.
Could Dejan Kulusevski return for Spurs before the end of the season?
The Standard say that both Ben Davies and Wilson Odobert are also not expected to play any part in Tottenham’s last five matches, with the Welshman also potentially having played his last game for the club as his contract runs out in the summer.
Interestingly, though, the outlet suggests that Dejan Kulusevski could return to action in May, although they do not provide a clear return date for the winger.
| Injured player | Injury | Potential Return |
| Wilson Odobert | Knee | November 2026 |
| Dejan Kulusevski | Knee | May 2026 |
| Mohammed Kudus | Quad | Unknown |
| Ben Davies | Ankle | Mid April 2026 |
| Guglielmo Vicario | Hernia | April 2026 |
| Cristian Romero | Knee | June 2026 |
Tottenham’s final league game of the season is against Everton on May 24, and Kulusevski has already expressed confidence that he can play a part in this summer’s World Cup.
