Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Housekeeper for Harassment and More
Kylie Jenner's former employee is suing her. Her ex-housekeeper, Angelica Vazquez, has filed a lawsuit against Jenner and two companies, Maison Family Services and Tri Star Services. Vazquez worked for the media personality and business owner from September 2024 to August 2025. Per PEOPLE, she's suing Jenner for "harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination." Vazquez also detailed in her lawsuit that she was "treated with hostility and exclusion" from her first day on the job.
While Jenner is not named outright in the lawsuit, she's still listed as a defendant, and the allegations therein are aimed at the head housekeeper and fellow employees at Jenner's Hidden Hills residence.
Vazquez states she was "subjected to severe and pervasive harassment," adding that, per the filing, she was "routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin, and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment."
Vazquez claims that no action was taken to remedy her complaints, and that they were "dismissed, mocked, or ignored." She also alleges that "repeated and derogatory comments" were leveled at her regarding her religion, identity, and immigration status. According to Vazquez, this created a "toxic and abusive work environment." In March 2025, "a supervisor threw hangers at [her] feet" while admonishing her.
The former housekeeper's mental health declined per the lawsuit, leading her to develop "anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder." After issuing her complaints, Vazquez also stated she suffered a "loss of wages," and following her medical leave in July 2025, she resigned from her post.
Per PEOPLE, Vazquez is seeking restitution and punitive damages "in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld."
Jenner's representative has not responded to PEOPLE's request for comment.
