Angelica Vasquez filed legal paperwork last week in Los Angeles, as reviewed by TMZ.
She claims she started working for Kylie as a housekeeper at her Beverly Hills home back in September of 2024, and was moved to her Hidden Hills home a week later, working for a woman named Elsi and head housekeeper Patsy.
Angelica says she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” as soon as she started, and was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by Patsy, Elsi, and other staff members, and was “belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers” due to her race, national origin, and religious beliefs.
Angelica says she’s Salvadoran and Catholic, and says she was told “Catholics are horrible people” and was mocked or intimidated about her immigration status, including comments about being deported from America.
She’s claiming she developed “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” and eventually resigned in August of 2025 after unaddressed complaints. She is seeking damages for unpaid wages and emotional distress, as well as punitive damages.
According to sources that are “familiar with Kylie’s household,” Angelica worked as a junior housekeeping employee and had “attendance issues, among other workplace concerns.”
As TMZ notes, while she’s listed as a defendant, the allegations do not appear to directly involve Kylie, just her staff and their inability to address concerns and complaints.
