Electoral booklets for new voters ready for pickup on election day
Newly registered voters can pick up their electoral booklets from mayors and community leaders as of May 21, the interior ministry said on Tuesday.
The booklets will first be handed to mayors and then community leaders, from where voters can collect them.
If voters need a replacement electoral booklet due to loss or damage, this can be arranged at the district administration (EOA) offices until 2pm on May 23.
The booklet though is not needed to vote, voters can simply present an ID card.
Parliamentary elections will take place on May 24, with polling stations set to be open from 7am to 6pm.
